Product Loading Best Practices
This video will provide you with the best practices for loading your products into your vending machines. Bottles need to be loaded bottom-down, securely in the coil, with the base on the bottom of the tray.
DO NOT load bottles upside down or in dual selections. Eventually the coil will ride up on the bottle and the neck of the bottle will hang over the edge of the tray.
Use 10 selection trays only for small diameter beverages. We recommend placing six count coils at 7 o'clock to prevent bottles from falling off when the tray is pulled out. 16 oz water bottles can be placed in 7 count coils.
For candy, choose a coil count that suits the product. Ensure there is no interference when inserting the item into the coil and place the end of the coil at the 7 o'clock. Also, the item should not be too loose, but it must be well supported to provide a good presentation.
Load sandwiches standing up. Make sure the end of the left coil is at 7 o’clock and the end of the right coil is at 5 o’clock within the dual selection. Using 10 count coils for mini-donuts can help you fit 70 to 80 packages in one tray. Place the donut packages in the coils vertically.
9 Count coils are helpful for bagged snack selections. It’s important not to push snacks into coils that are too tight because air can release from the bag and product can become stale faster.
