Replace Coil & Coupler (Plastic Tray)
In this video, you will learn how to replace the coil and coupler on a plastic tray for your vending machine. Replacing a coil, spiral or helix will allow you to sell new products in that selection.
First, you need to lift up on the tabs on the end of the black motor cover on the tray and slide it across the tray before lifting it off. Then, to remove the coupler from the coil, push it in and twist it so it can slide out through the openings.To connect the coupler and coil, you will need to place the coupler fins between the last two coil strands. After this, snap the coupler in the coil and reconnect the coupler to the motor.
