Vendnet is happy to offer Service Schools led by industry professionals. We offer two types: Basic Class and Advanced Class. 

The Basic Class is perfect for individuals who want to be eligible to provide on-site service on behalf of Vendnet as a Certified Service Technician. The Basic Class covers entry-level topics, including: 

 Names of Machines / Components

Tools needed to work on machines 

How to receive/install a machine 

Testing Power 

Bill Validators / Coin Mechanisms 

Control Boards 

Credit Card Readers

The Advanced Class is designed for existing Certified Service Technicians and will focus on Evoke Refrigerated, Futura, and Evoke Drink vending machines.
