Vendnet Parts Return Policy

This Return Policy governs Vendnet acceptance of returns.

Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 30 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase.  Exclusions may apply as certain parts are not eligible for return.

 Without Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) is not eligible without proof of purchase.

 Conditions

Some parts, including opened gaskets and electrical parts and components are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order and equipment are all subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Vendnet reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

Vendnet Repairs and Returns Policy

Vendnet is able to repair certain parts and send them back to you.  In general, we repair:

-          Refrigeration units

-          Control boards

-          Coin mechanisms

-          Bill validators

 

In some cases and at Vendnet’s discretion, some parts are not able to be repaired due to a variety of factors including part components are no longer available based upon age of the component.

Once we receive your part, it generally takes 4-6 weeks for your repair to be completed.  The 4-6 weeks is an estimate and sometimes repairs take much less time and sometimes much longer.  We will do our best to contact with you with any delays for your repair.
