Elevator Bin Motor & Shaft Replacement

Our Elevator vending machines are designed with the latest technology to gently deliver fragile items like yogurt, salads, sandwiches and more! These machines are refrigerated so the food will remain fresh for your customers. 

In this video, you will learn how to replace the elevator motor and shaft in Wittern Models 3561 and 3563 Elevator Vending Machines.

Before beginning the procedure, have the following tools ready:

• 3/32” Allen wrench
• ¼”, 11/32” 5/16” and ⅜ socket or nut driver
• 11/32” open end wrench
• Needle nose pliers
• Box knife
• Belt tension tool
• #2 Phillips screwdriver

First, you should power off the machine and disconnect the elevator motor. In this video you will also see how to measure the timing belt tension.
