The GVC 2 Prime Control Board is red and is used in some of Wittern’s most popular vending machines. This video describes how to replace your GVC2 Control Board. First, power off your machine and remove the cover from the slots. The board might look different and might be blue or green, but the operation is the same.

You will learn that it is good for you to take a picture of the board to know where to reconnect the wires after the process. Next, disconnect the wires from the motors, shelves and common wires, temperature sensor relay, door switch, delivery sensor, keypad, DEX, MDB, power and display. After replacing the control board and connecting the necessary wires, do a motor count and reset basic settings such as refrigeration. You will also need to reprogram your specialty settings like timers as well.

If you don’t know which Wittern control board you have, you can find how here.
