Our Elevator vending machines are designed with the latest technology to gently deliver fragile items like yogurt, salads, sandwiches and more! These machines are refrigerated so the food will remain fresh for your customers. 

If the machine goes  out of service after the bin rises/cycles 3 times there is a mismatch between the number of tray magnets seen and the number of trays in the machine. Make sure there is a tray magnet present for each tray, check the motor count to make sure that all trays are plugged-in correctly. There could also be a problem with the reed switch. The reed switch, located at the lower inside left edge of the bin, locates each tray by sensing the magnets positioned next to each tray. Check the harness connector to the switch to make sure it is firmly coupled.

Fully close the door and confirm that the baffle and bin cycle only once and return to service. If the machine remains out of service, there may be an issue somewhere else in the harness or the sensor may be at fault.
