No Bin or Baffle Movement (Model 3561)

Our Elevator vending machines are designed with the latest technology to gently deliver fragile items like yogurt, salads, sandwiches and more! These machines are refrigerated so the food will remain fresh for your customers. 

If your elevator vending machine is out of service with no bin or baffle movement there may be an issue with a  connection to the elevator control board. Open the door and remove the control board cover, confirm that all connectors are plugged-in and secure.

Close the door and see if the baffle and bin cycle properly and if the machine returns to service. If the problem is resolved, open the door and replace the control board cover and close the door. If the problem persists, there may be an issue somewhere else in the harness, correct operation of the door lock slide/switches or with the baffle linkage or motor itself.
