Schedule Vending Machine Shutdown Timer (Flex Touch Screen)

Description

Follow these steps to schedule your touch screen vending machine to shutdown during a specific period of time. This could be during school hours or during a weekend. You can include energy saving setting during the shutdown period.

Begin by placing the machine in Service Mode by pressing this button on the Control Board. In Service Mode go to Date-Time Settings to confirm the time and date is correct. Adjust the clock, Daylight savings and Display Time. Be sure to save when finished. Next go to the Shutdown Menu.

Here you schedule when you want the machine to be Shutdown. You can set multiple timers. Be sure to enter the time in 24 hour military time. You can decide if you wan the lights off when the machine is shut down. You can decide if you want the machine in Energy Saving mode when it is shutdown. Checking this box changes it to energy savings mode which turns off the lights and set the refer temp higher if it is a soda machine. For example, you have a machine in a building all weekend and no one is there, if you turn that on it won’t use as much power cooling drinks that nobody can buy. Then choose what days you want the shutdown timers to take effect.

Be sure to save and back out of service mode when finished.
