Delivery Door Replacement & Coil Cap Installation (Model 3589)
This video explains how to install the coil cap and replace the delivery door in Model 3589 vending machines. The parts kit includes 2 beveled gaskets, rivets, a new door, and coil caps.
In addition, procure a rivet gun and an 8th inch drill bit. First, remove and discard the old, beveled gasket from the door hinge at the top. After this, puncture the five rivets in place with the 8th inch drill bit in place on the delivery door hinge at the top. Next, press into the rivets but do not drill too far and break into the material.
Coil caps with help to prevent coil ends from puncturing drink cans or bottles.
