VMS stands for our Vending Management System. This platform is where you will manage your account and machines using your computer. OPS is our “operations” platform. It’s a platform synced to VMS where you can operate your machines from your phone, train new products on the system, and complete restocking/replenishment tasks.

Your machine will already be set up in your account with popular default products in the planogram. You will need to adjust the planogram for your machine with the products you will be selling.

Step 1: Verify your machine is Online

To verify that your machine is online, log into your VMS/OPS account and go to your machine list page. There, you will see the network status of your machine. It will say either “offline” or “online”. On the OPS tap on the Devices tab on the bottom. If the machine is offline check the antenna on the top of the machine to make sure it is in a good location and or make sure the machine is in a location with good cell signal.

 

Step 2: Confirm Your Planogram

Check out the videos below to review the standard planogram deployed for your machine. You can replace, add and delete products with items from the product library. Please keep in mind that the planogram will be updated only if the machine is online.

Step 3: Test Payment

Remember to test payment and ensure funds are being sent to your merchant account before leaving your machine onsite.
