Vendnet, a The Wittern Group company, warrants vending machines sold through The Wittern Group’s member companies to the original purchaser for indoor use under the following provisions:

Vendnet will replace or repair any part covered by the warranty, including refrigeration systems on cold and frozen glass front vending machines, that fails due to a defection in material or workmanship for a designated period.*

Return failed component ONLY. Shipping prepaid to Vendnet. Vendnet will repair or ship you a replacement, subject to the warranty coverage schedule referenced above.

The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal, reinstallation and shipping of the product for repairs. Vendnet will assume no liability resulting from improperinstallation or use of this product. In no case shall the company be liable for any consequential damages for breach of this, or any other warranty expressed or implied whatsoever. This limitation as to consequential damages shall not apply in states where prohibited.

Warranty applies to new equipment only. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and is non-transferrable when the original purchaser sells or trades the machine. This warranty does not apply when damage from mechanical, physical, electrical or water abuse results in causing the malfunction. Deterioration of paint, light bulbs, ballasts or fuses, due to time are specifically exempted under this warranty.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF EITHER MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  The agents, dealers or employees of The Wittern Group and its member companies are not authorized to make modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties that are binding on Vendnet. Accordingly, statements by such individuals, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon.

THE BUYER’S REMEDY AGAINST THE WITTERN GROUP AND ITS MEMBER COMPANIES FOR THE BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF THIS EQUIPMENT, WHETHER DERIVED FROM WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED, AT THE WITTERN GROUP’S SOLE OPTION AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND. In no event shall The Wittern Group or its member companies be liable for any other damage or loss, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer’s customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.

*Pro Rated Warranty: Model 3589 contains a sealed refrigeration systems that carries a multi year pro-rated warranty.

New vending machines manufactured by Fawn Manufacturing, Inc. and sold by an authorized distributor or retailer are covered by a twelve (12) month Manufacturer’s Warranty (“the Warranty”) to the original purchaser for indoor use only, subject to the following provisions:

  1. All claims under the Warranty are administered by Vendnet Holdings, LLC (“Vendnet”)  .
  2. During the term of the Warranty, Vendnet will replace or repair any part covered by the Warranty, including refrigeration systems on cold and frozen glass front vending machines, that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Purchaser.
  3. To make a claim under the Warranty, Purchaser must contact Vendnet, at 515-875-4218 to submit a claim. VendNet will provide the Purchaser with instructions on whether and how to return the parts to VendNet for inspection. For any parts determined to be defective, VendNet will repair or ship the Purchaser a replacement for installation.
  4. The Purchaser shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal, reinstallation, and shipping of the product for repairs, except as specifically authorized by Vendnet. Vendnet assumes no liability resulting from improper installation of replacement parts by any unauthorized service entity or installer.
  5. This Warranty applies to new equipment only. The 12-month Warranty period starts on the date of delivery and is non-transferrable. The Warranty does not apply, and shall be void if the equipment is subjected to mechanical, physical, or other abuse, including electrical shorts, water damage or exposure to outdoor conditions. Deterioration of paint, light bulbs, ballasts, or fuses due to time are specifically excluded from the Warranty.
  6. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF EITHER MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  7. THE PURCHASER’S REMEDIES AGAINST THE WITTERN GROUP AND ITS MEMBER COMPANIES FOR THE BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF THIS EQUIPMENT, WHETHER DERIVED FROM WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AS PROVIDED IN THE WARRANTY.
  8. Fawn Manufacturing Inc. and its affiliates, authorized distributors, and retailers shall not be liable for any other damage or loss, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer’s customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.
  9. The Warranty cannot be modified, except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of VendNet and the Purchaser.
