Loading Bagged Snacks

Correctly loading the products into your vending machine will help to make sure that the items are dispensed properly and your customers receive their product. It is important to have the correct coils for the products you want to dispense. We recommend creating a planogram with the products you want in your vending machine and what selection you want to place them.

This video will teach you how to load bagged snacks into your vending machine. To load bagged products, lift the tray slightly and pull forward until the tray stops. The trays tilt for easier loading of the products. Then, load all the items from front to back making sure all items fit freely between the coils.  

Do not attempt to force oversized items or packages into the spaces and make sure you do not skip a space. Place the products on the bottom of the compartment or on the product coils with the labels facing the front of the machine for easy identification by the customer. Besides, to vend properly, the item must be wider and taller than the coils’ diameter.
